I'm starting to get used to this linux distro Elementary OS for it's great user friendly UI, and layout and such. I know if I could've gone for something less intensive when compared to others but I loved the overall appeal of it and I decided firmly to go with it.

Anyways, I'm looking for a screen recorder and gif recorder, preferably high quality (obviously) so I can show off webm/mp4 or .gif with more ease.
I have 2 recording softwares which seems to lag at first when I showed off my RS3 Design thread (link found in signature).

I use Peek, and for simple and quick imgur picture taking i use the Imgur snapshot.

I have gone with Kazam, has great quality, and easy to operate.

I use Gyazo to capture my .gifs which they also upload automatically and open the url.

Attached imageAttached imageThey seem to be quite good quality for what I do anyway.

I've heard good news about that, however the URL output is so ugly, anyways I can't seem to properly install, this is my output.

    Code:
    root@dennis-Aspire-A315-21:~# curl -s https://packagecloud.io/install/repositories/gyazo/gyazo-for-linux/script.deb.sh | sudo bash
    Detected operating system as elementary/loki.
    Checking for curl...
    Detected curl...
    Checking for gpg...
    Detected gpg...
    Running apt-get update... done.
    Installing apt-transport-https... done.
Installing /etc/apt/sources.list.d/gyazo_gyazo-for-linux.list...curl: (22) The requested URL returned error: 404 Not Found

Unable to download repo config from: https://packagecloud.io/install/repositories/gyazo/gyazo-for-linux/config_file.list?os=elementary&dist=loki&source=script

This usually happens if your operating system is not supported by
packagecloud.io, or this script's OS detection failed.

You can override the OS detection by setting os= and dist= prior to running this script.
You can find a list of supported OSes and distributions on our website: https://packagecloud.io/docs#os_distro_version

For example, to force Ubuntu Trusty: os=ubuntu dist=trusty ./script.sh

If you are running a supported OS, please email [email protected] and report this.
EDIT: i've found a great source for my needs.
